Whenever I get stuck during a cut I do one or a combination of these:
Refeed
Drink more water
Do more cardio
Eat less

You could increase your carb intake slightly.
I just started my second cut and have been maintaining strength generally but I'm actually getting stronger on squats. I recommend one refeed a week...

I'm in the UK and have done two EC cycles. Would post link here but don't want to spam up the thread.
Done 35 mins of cardio yesterday as a one off and woke up today 173 lbs. Got 4 more days to shed weight and then time to bulk.
As long as your not in an extreme deficit + lack of protein intake wouldn't worry too much about it.
I've dropped 41 lbs in the last 6 months and 6-7 lbs of that was muscle.
