-eat lbm grams of protein
- have a calorie defecit
-lots of veggies
- stay motivated and be patient
-add cardio if you dont see any results for a while or lower the cals
when I took animal cuts it didnt really help alot with the weight loss(diet did that) but it gave me lots of energy throughout the whole day, i never felt tired and when your workin out you sweat...
lol, your kind of a loser.. I am trying to help this guy with his diet, its not like he has to do what i say, this is what i do, doesnt mean you have to come in and judge it.. grow up big guy
make it so that the only carbs you eat all day are the 30g post workout. or like 15 before and 15 after or something like that to give you some energy to work out.
I agree with you big time man, its sucks to have to be soooo strict all the time, its annoying but worth it in the end but you gotta enjoy yourself sometimes boys, dont feel down, screw it you will...
Depends how badly you would like results man, less you cheat the faster they come in my opinion, but everyone needs a day to let loose, i do it once a week, pretty sure thats the usual sometimes if...
thanks man, I think its just cause I had a big run this morning and kinda felt like i needed a refill, all i did to cook them was put them in a bowl with a bit of water at the bottom and microwave lol
Honestly man, the only thing that keeps me motivated is seeing results, everyone gonna have their on and off days, but on the days you feel great, use it!, go nuts at the gym that way on the days...
I absolutely love it lol, I dont know what the nutritional value of it is nor have i ever looked because i just eat it as a cheat day once in a while, but yea sure is delicious:)
