3-im good looking so i always get eye contact and girls coming up to me but i always reject...
the only three tricep exercises i use are db skulls/smith CGBP/smith reverse bench and my arms are growing like crazy!

2-3 hours or whenever you are hungry again....
mostly for forearms. its an ok exercise but i would just go with straight static holds if your trying to directly target your forarms.....
get over it. worry about losing fat when your cutting; you will thank yourself in the end....
