Awesome chest and tri workout today. Good cardio session as well. Getting stronger on every exercise. Legs and abs tomorrow.
Diet plan is to eat 2500 calories, 8 meals.
Great workout today, really focused on better excution on both back and bi exercises. Goal is to get 6 good reps!

Started the Labrada lean body 12 week challenge today. Diet wasn't great because I ate a little extra late night. Need to stop with the late night feedings!
