hah yeh they put me up on goal cuz they were short a guy. and goal isn't really my strong point, esp. with hard shots...

Tuesday Day 2: Back, Bi, legs... Pushups and half ab workout
Wednesday- push-ups and abs
Thursday Day 3: Shoulders, Traps, Tri, Chest... Abs...

i had the same problem too... it is probably the way u place your hands but im not sure, so just to be safe, i let my hands lift lighter weights so i wont injure my wrists completely.
