So theres like 50 different exercises per muscle...ive heard that its a good idea to do different exercises each time i workout, because it shocks the muscle since its doing something different...

i work at a county rec center, so i use the gym for free. and the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, golf course, etc. rather than go spend a load at golds gym

my gym only has a smith machine, no barbells. can i still do rippetoes if i dont have barbells?
