you doing the mets bro?..i'll be there competing and yeah the new york shows run pretty late..especially the easterns in november that show was a distaster lol like 4-5 hours at the nightshow
no disrespect but you need to work on everything..you got a great structure to build off it.. with a good diet and some morning empty stomach cardio you should be a beast
yea those hit your chest pretty good when you dont do a full stretch..when you actually bring the dumbell all the way back then all the way forward it hits your lats pretty hard.
