ss is geared more toward strength. a bb split is for more for growth. if u cant lift ****, focus on getting stronger 1st.

Yeah u need to rethink your routine. Overlap can be good but not the way ur doing it. Needs a rethink Why not space it out so u have the most amount of time possible to rest inbetween squats...

If the body needs calories, it will use them, regardless of whether there are 6 meals or 3. There is the arguement that u can absorb more efficiently if there are smaller more frequent meals BUT...
You could decrease calories alittle but if your strength goes down in the following sessions or u arent seeing the increases in strength u want then add them back in :)
