Why would you train ABS everyday? ABS = muscle, they need rest/recovery. You shouldn't train them everyday.

I know how you feel OP, I try to train legs when I can but I can't sometimes because I need my legs for my job and whatnot, It takes me a good 4 days to recover and not walk like I just took it in...
