Try get a split going like, biceps/back...chest/triceps...legs/abs.

That guy has a really good chest, also the Rock has a real good body especially for his height...

You may have gyno, but to tell you the truth there isnt much you can do besides surgery. Just keep working hard, if your chest is huge no one is gonna care about that.
