    i am still very sore after 48 hours. i have dropped 3 pounds thus far. which is awesome considering it is hard for me to lose weight. i just have cut down on snacking and keep everything main meals.

    chad waterburys 10x3 ffl

    it says to do 10 sets at 75% of max. so lets just say that my 75% max for deadlifts is 225 pounds. do i do all 10 sets at 225 pounds or do i only do my 10th set at 225 pounds?
