Well I prefer doing dumbbell rows over shrugs. Was wondering if dumbbell squats built traps and if that was the case. I'd just stop doing the rows.

I believe if I were to put them hanging in front of me it would be called a deadlift. Reason I don't is to avoid smashing my toes when coming back to the ground.

I feel that with one set I recover faster and can pump out more reps faster the
next few days. As for multiple sets I feel that it takes longer for body to recover.
What do you guys think?

When doing elevated feet push ups. I set the height of my feet
to be parallel with my body when I push up. Will doing elevated
push ups only provide all the benefits of regular ones?

I would say if any guy who can't defend himself against the average woman is not a man.
Ex: Get @$$ Kicked.

Easy.

Ex: Eat crap, stop lifting, jerk several times a day, live with parents, etc...

To me part of being a real man a person must have decent/good physique.

Than look like crap, scrawny, and spongy.
