By the way I am a bit confused about which starting weights I must use.
Especially for Incline bench, Rows
I am thinking of starting with 160 on the incline bench I.e 10% less.
Current stats
Ht 5ft 8 in
Weight 170 lbs
Squat 84 kg 7 reps
Incline bench 82kg 5 reps
DB row 90 lb 9 reps

the thing is wenever i try to gain weight my bf increasees rapidly.
while i lose wt my muscle mass is first to go.
protein stays 140-160gms with moderate carbs and fats
bulking i usally ke...
wen i was 18 yrs old i was obese...79kg of lard at 5ft8 inches.
i used to eat greasy food all the time decided to lose fat. did akins,cut out carbs completely. lost weight.
