On wavelength's post he mentioned it can take up to 2 weeks to see effect of a diet. I have been the same weight for about a week and half, and I am pretty accurate with my caliper measurements...
Without flexing seeing your abs STARTS to happen at around 8-9%. 10% is sort of the sweet spot for nicely flex abs.
10% dead on. I'm assuming you have loose skin. 12% I'd say. 13-14%. Build muscle for the love of god. You measured with the caliper wrong, your upper teens. 17% Mid-Upper 20's.
