i would say for the most part you either got it or you dont. just like kai and jay have stupudly deep cuts and feathered quads but others dont. odviously being bigger and leaner will help but id say...
i didnt say that man, i sed i dont tihnk you will get to 205 lbs at under 18% bf, thats just my opinon, i never sed anything about your progress and i infact sed "odviousy gained alot of muscle".

aye i never have chips or garlic bread etc. pefer to just get protein/fat and the bun of a burger or pizza base has more than ejough carbs to make the meal balanced
glad im not the only one. i used ot be mega strict and i havnt noticed any drop in pefmrance or increase in fat gain since ive been allowing junk food to get in more calories.
