I cook a bunch of chicken, turkey, rice, for the week and have it at every meal. I fill in the remaining calories with various combinations of vegetables, beans, fruits, etc.
Every couple weeks I'll slow cook a whole chicken--the meat literally falls off the bone. I put that ish in some tupperware and snack on it for a week or so. It's awesome.
