I think weight fluctuations definitely can mess with you mentally more so then physically. Hell, anything can mess with you mentally if you let it. Now figuring out how to stop letting it...well...

Nice benching. Do you use a spotter when you do the heavier reverse grip benching? I'm tempted to give it a try, but I'm worried about it cause lift off feels so awkward even with a lighter...
