Definite improvement OP. I think people are just not as impressed because you had a pretty solid build in the before picture. I think you did a sick job though.

If you are squatting twice as much as you deadlift, chances are you are not squatting correctly.

Start with 135, do 5 reps. Based on how that difficult that was, add 20-50lbs. Do another 5 reps. Continue the above step until you find a weight which was hard to complete 5 reps with.
But pound for pound strength is overrated and real life doesn't have weight classes.
