I don't get any negative side effects from creatine. I've been using monohydrate for years now and nothing bad.

I guess it would depend from person to person.

I would be a matter of personal preference. I absolutely love ON's strawberry whey. As Scheizekopf mentioned, mixing milk instead of water with ON does give it a better flavor. I still drink mine...

I love Optimum Nutrition's whey. And the price isn't bad either. A close runner up would be Champion Nutriton's Pure Whey. Their banana flavor is excellent.

I've been wondering the same thing. I switch up oatmeal every other day with Perfect Balance which is a blend of wheat and oat cereal.
