DS Sustain...my favorite protein for years. UP 1.0 after that, was sad to see it go.

DS Vigor and Glucophase XR were excellent as well.

First thing's first.

Had Sunday Morning...it was unreal. Such high quality, the texture, the taste...that is what ice cream is supposed to be.

After that I had OCC and some various other B&Js...

Wow. Have you tried Steve's? I'm wondering if I made the wrong choice picking up Sunday Morning over Buckeye State and/or Almond Brittle.

Explain! I've only managed a small sample of both Jeni's and Steve's ice cream so far. Tried and loved Sunday Morning by Steve's so I just picked up a pint of that. The store also had Jeni's Buckeye...

A couple of things.

1. Some of these shots are really top notch, what kind of cameras are you using?

2. I embarrassingly don't really know how to cook/bake too well at all...not nearly as well...

The flakes are all right in BCP. I'm trying Nutty Caramel Swirl soon so I'll comment on that when I can.

I didn't say yours wasn't related to restriction, only that not all binge cases, as mentioned, are based around cycles of restriction.

Not in all cases. Some binge as a distraction...almost like getting high on a drug. Some do it as punishment. Not always connected to restriction.
