someone told me a joke, i laughed, i was told to leave, i told him to go **** himself the bastard. I have thrown bits of bluetack at teachers backs in past, but it's all in good fun.
Personally when i got shin splints i stopped the running for a while, took up some swimming as cardio. Maybe try getting some different shoes or try running on grass if you wanna continue running.
