Just as supafreak said. Micellar is derived by separating the casein from milk protein isolate. You are paying more for micellar for the extra filtration process.

Don't forget you can get egg protein from the protein customizer or protein factory for about $7 lb.

If one is really worried about GPA depleting creatine stores couldn't you add a little creatine monohydrated each day as insurance. It's really inexpensive anyway.

Protein Factory's tropical orange is very good.
