When I was down at sheppard for 7 level over the summer, they had it posted as you walk in to the weight room.

6 months ago I had a spiral fracture of my humorous from arm wrestling. 8 pins and a plate were attached in surgery. As of right now, i am very close to where i was before.

wieghted dips leaning forward to hit lower chest
Skull crushers

Go heavy as possible for 6 reps
1-2 warm up sets and 3 working sets

Eat more to compensate for what you burn playing sports.
