Yeah and i have been but to no avail. Im eating much less, 3 smallish meals per day with snacks of veggies, fruit etc between meals if i get too hungry.
TIP: Make sure your busy all the time and that bodybuilding doesnt define you as a person!! Ensure your always doing something and you will not really think about food in so much detail.
