alright since the end of my PP cycle ive noticed my muscles getting sore faster then normally and im not able to workout as long or lift as much because of it.is this a side affect???

it doesnt matter with or without a spotter i bench the same weight..all a spotter does is help me do a couple extra reps..

it looks like i might of gained 1 or 2lbs. but its hard to tell because all scales are different and arent always accurate.So im going to give it a week and ill get back to you guys and let ya know...

i did 10 for 7days and yesterday i started taking 20.

How long before i should start seeing results?Today is my 8th day taking PP and i havent noticed any side affects,strength, or size.Is it too soon???
