Perfect timing, unfortunately. I've been running All Pro programs for 2 1/2 years and, knock on wood, haven't had any injuries. I had to skip today's D2 pull day because my left shoulder is...
Check out this thread. It's a great routine, wildly popular and will get you on the right track all the way around. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=147447933
One of the bummers of being young is that resources are harder to come by. Gym memberships can be too expensive and buying equipment doesn't make much sense at 16. One of the upsides of being young...
I ran across a thread I've seen before (2nd version) that asks people to post their daily/weekly pull up totals. The goal is to get enough BB.com forum members that are running regular pull ups to...

I've never run a deep analysis on RDL, honestly. I'm using SLDL in the routine under the understanding that, primarily, the ROM and exercises are incredibly similar, but argue with me if I'm wrong...
Since there's quite a bit of creatine talk (somehow seemingly unrelated to each other, lol) figured I'd post a quick link for those that are "searching". My opinion syncs with the overwhelming...
