good progress for 7-8 months, definitely put on some good muscle mass, I'd say keep clean bulking if your goal is to compete in a year, but if you want a 6 pack beach bod, then maybe cut.

make sure you get outstanding, that will help you on the eval :) for 20 yrs old, 100 push up, 100 curl ups, and 10 min flat mile and half run will give you a outstanding low
