    I sometimes will throw in left over chicken or turkey when we roast them in omelets. I'm sure the lunch meat will be good too. Maybe a different kind of ham like a honey ham would taste good to you?...

    Agree with this. I have no problem getting lots of protein in. I regularly hit 250+ easily lol. Like mentioned Eggs are a low cost source. Also look at your grocery store for deals on meats....
