Just got home, was feelin pretty good at the gym today!
For some reason the kick i get from taking Adrenalean on a empty stomach is alot better.
Had to open up the gym this morning at 5!
haha i'm completely beat.
I think i'm going to have to move my off day tomorrow to today.
Also, had a pretty good leg workout yesterday, i'll get that...

I gotta say, since i've started doing a power day, my lifts all around have started to go up. Its really working out great.

Power Clean into Push Press
Sets: 8 Reps, 8 Reps, 6 reps, 6 reps, 6 reps
Rest: 45sec-1min between 8 rep sets, 1.5min between 6 rep sets
Heavy Push Press
Sets: 4 reps, 4 reps ...
I'm now craving a pizza.
