Everyone seems to have their own opinion on this, i have been training for over 10 years and i still get a muscular soreness or at minumum a tightness the next day or two after a good gym session.....
No because a chest workout doesnt "fully" hit all three of your tricep heads and i dont think theres anything wrong with interrupting a recovery process as long as sufficient time is given before...
how low do you go with the weight? i wouldnt worry about going heavier unless you're bringing them right down to chest level...
Go get some lifting straps, it takes all 90% of the load off your grip, they're cheap too. i picked up a pair for 5 bux and it helped me when i bashed my finger...
theres nothing wrong with it but i would change a few things personally
i would do narrow grip pullups as my primary excercise, you're going to be able to do more weight and its going to add more...
i dont do chest and tri's on the same day but if i did i would definitely do triceps after chest
if your triceps are spent, its going to hold back your chest...
the benchpress is a joke, but the guy is pretty strong for his size, ill give him that... he curls 60's in his other video not with perfect form but still. Unfortunately i cant take him seriously...
what he said.. Dont pull the bar to your chest, pull it to your waist! and in my opinion you dont need to be bent over until you're at a 90 degree, i go somewhere between 90 and 45 and that works...
