Been working as a CE for 9 years - started out making around ~55 K if I recall correctly
I was having pre-workout and then would add more amino acids as well - Cit malate, L-tyrosine, etc. because I like having more of those.

Looking for a solid pre-workout that doesn't have a ton of artificial sweeteners. I am noticing that a lot of them are just ridiculously sweet. Currently using Gorilla Mode and looking for something...
Some girls get really pissed when you leave though.
I think it's natural to want to leave and go sleep in your own bed.
It's easy to say that now... You might think differently when the time comes
At first I thought people were crazy for wearing masks and driving
But then I realized they might be Uber drivers or service people or something
I'm 31 and single. Have never even been in a long-term relationship. Dated a handful of girls in my early/mid 20's.

I can totally see how it would be so easy to just go to work and eat fast food and not go to the gym....
My company returned to the office around the 4th of July with a hybrid schedule (in the office 3 days per week and working from home 2 days per week).
I'm a civil engineer and I work on roadway /...
I'm 30 also
Get a grip OP
I believe that lifting 5 days per week was challenging for me in the past. I think 4 days could be the sweet spot.
You could just do some squats with like 135 at the end of your workouts.

All that sticking sounds like a pain to be honest.
Job 1
Job 2 would only make sense if you are already had tons of money and you just had a job to have a job.
