    Consider that your fat/muscle gain will be about 50/50...so if you want to gain 5# or muscle, aim for at least 10# total gain.

    And lift heavy enough to where the last couple of reps are a struggle.

    3x a weeks sounds better than 6. You shouldn't feel tired or worn down when bulking. Sounds like you either just need to eat more or reduce the HIIT a bit.
