30 in two months? i did 27 in two months. Just lift hard and run like a madman and avoid obviously bad foods, like soda/fast food/candy.

I really don't know but i always took my protein shake after i got home from the gym, and like stated i did weight training and cardio the same day. I would think so because you are working muscles...

Probably just a good amount of time to get your heart going and burning some calories.
