Been a really long time since I posted in here. Started at 6'1 140lbs, currently 175lbs and working towards 180 by early spring. I did get up to 180-182 and hurt my shoulder, took about 6 months off...

Sleep is a bad one for me.

Lately simply going to the gym has been terrible. It's nice outside. I'm slowly working that back in though.
