I'm substituting them for beans, cauliflower etc. I get awful bloating after eating them, plus bread in Asia is terrible. Full of sugar. Rice is often washed with dirty water etc.
If anything was going to convince me to lift again, it would be the sweet moment where the fly half kicks of,f and you run towards the oppostion ready to smash some poor fool.
I've been looking into purchasing some HGH online, does anybody on here have any recomendations as to good places to purchase some? Secondly can anyobdy recomend a specifc HGH product on the market...
