dont do a bodybuilding split. At your strength level you would be greatly served by running starting strength, and once you get every bit of gain from that switch over to a 5x5 program.

Typically they dont care ho much you can lift but you need to be ableto run a lot and do lots of BW exercises through your initial military training.

you have a narrow waist and minimal musculature, which makes your hips look bigger compared to everything else.
Lifting weights would help address this.
