yes i agree 20lb would look great.....200lb is fine...going under 200lbs would be way tooo much for me
my diet is simple
high protein
carbs under 100
a lot offffff veggys
some fats
calories 2000cal a day
but the best diet out there for CUT imo is www.cutdiet.com

my diet is 200+g protein lean stuff and so on...

my thing is i go to bed at 9pm and i go to the gym at 5-7pm ..... and i would not wanna be up all night
