Lol not even. So light didn't even get a pump. But I did do like 6 sets of shrugs with with 135 real slow and squeezed hard and that gave me a good pump but that's about it.
Tried training back today but nothing worth writing down. Just hoped around machines and some light barbell and dumbbell work just doing what I could. Really light on everything
Yeah they aren't that good soupy. Adding butter seems gross, never heard of that. I might have to try those oats, maybe save them for post workout with the sugar. Pics cool, no problem.
