squat - 140kg (308lbs) for 6
sumo deadlift - 140kg (308lbs) for 5

I say dont limit your thoughts asking yourself "can i get big at 6ft4 naturally" and just eat right and train hard to see how far you can go, judging by your pictures your doing alright. You still...
In my opinion just find a load of workout routines on here, if size if your goal then there are plenty to choose from...they all vary and incorporate progressive overload, so try different ones once...
I tried snatch high pull today for shoulders apparently its a great exercise for getting that thick shoulder, traps and middle back....anyone agree? Had anyone tried this eexercise?
