10 mm is more than enough, most people regret buying the 13 mm since it's a lot stiffer and uncomfortable.
I hear good things about bobsbelts but I have an inzer and that's my only experience and it's the best investment I've made so far.
Definitely get the 10mm (in regards to Nexxus's question)
I'd do a heavy/light upper/lower 4 day split before trying to figure out a push/pull.
I mean I can get each rep 100% but the volume kills me sometimes. The accumulation of all the volume really hammers you randomly lol

I think we have a hack squat machine - might just do those instead.

It said leg press but it was taken haha. I've been squatting closer stanced so I feel like it's better than nothing. I honestly do them for more of a pump than anything but any extra quad work would...
