I just want to know if its better to do more reps or less?
In my work outs if i do more then 10 reps i add more weight to it.
Any suggestions right now im trying to get big and cut up basically...
I dont have a good bench its not olympic and i dont get a wide grip or a good workout.
I was just wondering if theres anything else i can do to get my chest bigger with out bencing.
