How many calories is that? I was big as hell, too, and had to cut calories like you wouldn't believe before the weight started coming off. 1500 and less is what it took for me. :(
This week will make 3 weeks at 1500. I think I should be eating a LOT more, too, but like I said earlier... I have tried 3000, 2500, and 2000 to no avail. :( That's a real wide gap!
I'm gonna stay at 1500 for a couple more weeks. I might have actually lost a pound or so this week. You'd think someone weighing 325 pounds would SHED weight at 1500 calories/day!
