OP, although you already decided what your going to do I just wanted to pop in and tell you how motivating your 4-year journey is. I'm sort of in a similar situation as you on a smaller scale...

Definitely throw in some cardio, It makes cutting so much easier and it gets you into the "ok I'm actually going to lose weight now" mindset.

No, stick with bulking. If you flip flop between cutting and bulking you will end up losing muscle, gaining fat and basically wasting your time. Keep bulking for at least 4 weeks before making any...
