One quick question. You wrote about the "body's efficiency at processing food and oxygen all play a part in how fast (or slow) you burn/utilize energy."
Quick question for you. If person X is outta shape, and he/she did the same workout as person Y, who was in shape, wouldn't the out of shape person burn more calories than the in shape one?
A lil background... I'm trying to cut right now. Summer was stressful with all the work I had to do. I gained a lot of muscle growth and strength, but it also came with bulk. Ha!
