    On the military press, I'm seated. I lower the bar all the way to my adam's apple. Same with DB press. Full range of motion. Not a fan of partials.

    Ok so I've done military press and tested out how much I can lift.

    The best set I was able to do was 145 lbs x 5 reps. Which makes no sense because I can do a DB press 75 lbs each hand x 6 reps....

    Cardio - do it post workout for about 15-25 minutes. If you wanna cut quickly, do 5 days a week. If that's not your priority, do 3.
