You've got similar goals to me, want a 3 plate squat before years out
Solid work going on Moose, at under 2000cals your weight should be moving, what's your sodium intake like? Retaining excess water maybe?

Gym looking good, arms looking swole, close to bw OHP, that's madness.
Last time I tried hungover deads I had to stop myself throwing up a little each rep, hungover squats just sounds inhumane.

Thanks Moose, its easy to "expect more" all the time, so when its less than you wanted, its easy to get a little "meh" about it. At the start of this year I couldn't hit 2 plate...

Depending on what you are doing, I reckon you will run out of 45s pretty quick, but its a great start
good volume in a short space of time, solid work. Knees looks a little iffy as pointed out but still got it done
5 Drumsticks? Thats some good protein. Good deads session too
at least they are keeping their sensitive areas out of the sun, gotta think sunwise these days......
