Biceps fatigue quickly, but also recover quickly so they won't feel like thrashed quads or traps after a workout
don't worry about the burn so much...just keep up the heavy curls.

Also partly genetic....your pecs may originate just a bit wider than your buddies.
Adding more mass overall will help with appearance, so keep hitting that flat/incline bench hard.
sounds like your grip strength is failing if forearms are an issue.
Use straps to help out, or train up your grip with more deads, farmer's walks, rack pulls etc. These ex's will also hit traps.

Cortisone (or some variant of it) is what they pumped in between my vertebrae.
Got bad for a while....I collapsed having brekky one day. Searing pain down my left leg....day of the World Cup final.
Had to go to hospital for an epidural.
Good now.....pain gone. But...
