But really -if you have to sneak and hide your cell phone contacts...you probably shouldn't have them in your phone in the first place, imo.

Did a 5x5 program for about a year straight...I was ravenous ALL the time and it made eating a deficit nearly impossible. I HAD to eat more carbs otherwise I couldn't get full...didn't matter how...
