take some creatine. i was bulking 3-4 months ago and started my cut last month. started taking creatine and my overall strength has been the same.
i think itd be better if you did cardio AFTER your workout. but never before you workout
depends on how hard you work, your diet, etc. maybe a month? do alot of situps, running, boxing, and a crap load of jumping ropes.
get ur diet in checked. strict diet + cardio + use resistance with ur ab workout. squeeze ur abs at the top of each 'crunch'
