:) .....some flu that is going around and it makes everyones back hurt for 7 days and everyone thinks that something is wrong.
I think not...pretty sure going 4 times around a track and 4 times around a football field is different... A track curves.. I dont know what football field you look at..
Paper cup is the best because you can tare the paper down as it melts...Also Try taping, you would not think it would help but the compression helped me..
Only thing to make it really go away is...
What do you think about the activity points? I am starting back up on WW after a year of being off and on with it, but I am not sure if I should use my activity points or if i should leave them out?
