Yeah dude I was going to get the 20 lb vest but I figured I want 40 within a month of adapting so I'm just saying get the 40 lol. Plus I can do pull-ups with it for sets of 5 eventually.
Ahh makes sense. I'll be interested to see how you train single ply. I know most continue to train raw for the most part and once they go heavy they put on the gear.
